I’ve gotten some messages from some of you stating that you are not able to get into the lessons in the latest update. I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience that I’ve caused you and I hope to have a fix uploaded today. In the mean time, if you haven’t downloaded the update yet, don’t do it. I’m really sorry!
Thanks to your feedback, I’ve mode some stroke order corrections to the Hiragana section. The bad news is that, due to the fact that a database file can’t be used, but rather a copy must be made first, this change won’t be seen in your app unless you uninstall and reinstall. However, the good news is that, if you sign in using your Microsoft login, your progress and settings will be saved (for WP8 only , sorry guys!).
I also fixed a bug that would say that there’s a new blog post when there isn’t one.
I’m still working on the bug where the lesson page will crash after the phone has been in standby for a while. I hope to have it fixed soon.
Thank you all for your continued feedback! arigatou gozaimasu yo!
I just submitted another update to the store. This one is a minor change to the live tiles that shows Rōmaji characters and gives you the option to turn them off under the settings.
Thanks to your suggestions, I have some other updates in the works, including the ability to pin sections to the start screen, some stroke order corrections, and other minor improvements in addition to the port to Windows 8 and others.
